The Tap House specializes in Baltimore Style Pit Meat. This preparation involves rubbing a high-quality piece of meat with a special spice mixture and allowing the meat to marinate. The meat is then seared on a specially installed pit grill which chars the meat on the outside and cooks it juicy and tender on the inside.

Popular choices include pit beef served with grilled onions and homemade horseradish sauce or pit ham served with grilled peppers onions and a homemade honey dijon sauce.

Gourmet hamburgers, home baked pretzels, ale steamed mussels, shells & cheese and a full selection of desserts.
